I use fresh organic jaggery and coconut for the filling and brush every single one with pure ghee, so please pre-order at least 4 to 5 days in advance to ensure I have time to craft your batch fresh. ### Traditional or Modern: What Are You Craving? Festivals are all about the vibe, and I truly believe the sweets should match that energy. My menu is split into two categories to cover all your needs. **The Classic Ukdiche Modak** This is for the purists. My steamed Modaks are made from scratch using the traditional hand-pleating method. You won't find any molds here, just the authentic, delicate rice flour shell filled with fresh coconut and organic jaggery, flavoured with cardamom and nutmeg. I finish them with a touch of saffron, just like how it was done back home. **Gourmet Chocolate Modaks** If you want a modern twist or something fun for gifting, my chocolate range is a total vibe. I offer seven distinct flavours including Coffee Mocha, Hazelnut Pistachio, Biscoff Chocolate, and Milk Chocolate Gulkand. These are decorated with dried rose petals, nuts, and edible gold or silver leaf, making them look almost too pretty to eat. ### Storage & Serving - **Ukdiche Modaks:** These are best enjoyed warm within 24 hours of delivery. They are delicate, so keep them in a cool place and serve them fresh for the best experience. - **Chocolate Modaks:** These are much more robust. They remain shelf-stable for up to 2 weeks if you keep them refrigerated, making them perfect for gifting throughout the festive period. ### How to Order Since everything is made to order, these batches go fast. I sold over 500 boxes last season before day one of the festival, so do not wait until the last minute.
