Every chef here, from our founders Aman and Sharmistha to our pizza specialists, was handpicked not just for their skill, but because they actually care about the food on your plate. When you book us, you aren't just hiring a vendor, you're inviting a family into your space to share their favourite recipes. ### Our Story: From Lockdown to Your Table It started in November, just before the world stopped. When the 2021 lockdown hit, we were at a crossroads. Many kitchens shut down, but Chef Aman refused to let our team go. We pivoted overnight, sending burgers to Gurgaon and flipping plans just to keep the kitchen fires burning. That grit is the secret ingredient in everything we cook today. It taught us that no matter the size of the event, the soul of the business remains the same: we are here to create moments, not just serve meals. ### The 'Jaadu' Behind the Kitchen We call it *jaadu*—the magic that happens when you stop focusing on 'just cooking' and start focusing on the experience. * **Chef Aman:** The heart of our kitchen. He is the one ensuring every dish, whether it is a Lamb Galouti or a delicate pasta, hits the right notes. * **Our Specialists:** We have a team of chefs who aren't just staff; they are artists. From our pizza experts who hand-stretch every base at Remy's to our live counter chefs who manage the Asian and Indian stations, we take pride in our versatility. ### Why We Do It People often ask us why we bother with the chaos of live counters or bespoke sit-down dinners.
