We do not believe in standard, rigid buffet menus. We work with you to plan a spread that fits your specific guest count and taste, whether it is a relaxed pool party or an intimate sit-down dinner. We take over the kitchen so you can actually focus on your guests, not the cooking. Our story began with a simple love for food and the goal of creating a kitchen run by chefs. When we started, we made a promise to keep our team together through every challenge, and that grit is still in every meal we serve today. We operate out of Remy's in Meharchand Market, where we have perfected our thin-crust dough and slow-cooked meat sauces. ### Our Catering Style We specialize in full-service catering for house parties, corporate events, and weddings across Delhi. We do not just drop off trays; we bring our team, handle the service, and manage the cleanup. Our goal is to bring the cafe experience to your living room. ### What You Can Expect * **Custom Menus:** No fixed packages. We collaborate with you to build a menu from scratch, blending Italian classics with our own fusion twists. * **Live Counters:** We set up live stations for pizzas and pasta, ensuring your guests get fresh, hot food right off the heat. * **Dietary Needs:** Whether you want a pure vegetarian spread or a mix of Italian and Mexican options, we are flexible and happy to accommodate requests. We want you to taste the quality before you book. Reach out, let us know what you are planning, and we will handle the rest. Like we always say, 'Khaake toh Dekho!' (Just try it and see). ## About La Marinate We are a team of chefs, not just a catering service.
