We move our kitchen into your space, managing the timing, temperature, and presentation of every course. You get a fine-dining experience where you are the host, not the cook, and your guests get a meal that flows from the amuse-bouche to the final dessert. Our sit-down dinner service is about control and atmosphere. We eliminate the rush of a buffet and replace it with deliberate, course-by-course service. Whether you want a heavy, traditional Punjabi thali with royal presentation or a 5-course European menu with wine pairings, we build the plan with you. Our team brings everything needed for the service. This includes the dinnerware, the cutlery, and the staff to pour drinks and clear plates. We handle the mess, meaning you can sit at the table with your guests for the entire evening. We have managed intimate dinners for two and complex setups for larger groups across Delhi NCR. We focus on technique, such as pan-seared fish with green pea purée or charred asparagus with hollandaise, to ensure each plate looks as good as it tastes. If you have a specific ingredient in mind or a theme you want to explore, let us know. We plan the menu around what you want to eat, not what we have on a fixed list. ## About La Marinate We are a gang of chefs who believe the best stories are shared over a good meal. We moved out of the restaurant kitchen and into your home to bring that same high-energy, restaurant-quality cooking directly to your table.
