We hustled hard, sending burgers to Gurgaon, flipping plans overnight. Opened Remy's cafe, too! Loads of late-night madness, crazy menu swaps, but seeing folks happy at their shaadi (wedding), baby shower, or cozy dinner? That’s everything.
