It is about structured peaking cycles, nailing your technical cues, and managing your weight class before the meet date. My coaching covers manual gear handling and strategic attempt selection to ensure you walk onto the platform with confidence. Yahan sirf weight nahi uthate, hum champion banate hain. When you join the competition prep program, the focus shifts completely to meet-specific training. This means 8 to 12 week peaking cycles designed to maximize your 1 Rep Max for specific dates. We perform frame-by-frame technical analysis of your Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift to fix sticking points and ensure your lifts meet judge standards for depth and pauses. My role on the floor is to handle your warm-up management and attempt selection so you only focus on the lift. We operate in Hapur and Ghaziabad, and I am personally there to spot your heavy attempts. If you have the junoon to compete, we provide the environment.
