Our 7-day introductory foundation course covers everything you need—the rifle, imported pellets, and range time are all included. It is the perfect, low-pressure way to test your aptitude and see if shooting is the right sport for you before committing to a long-term program. Many of our international medalists started exactly where you are—curious and standing at the firing line for the first time. We have structured our foundation course to be a safe, high-engagement environment where you learn the basics of marksmanship. ### What to Expect During your 6 to 7 days with us, you will train for an hour each day under the guidance of our certified coaches. We handle the technical side. You will learn range safety commands, proper stance, grip, and how to control your trigger. We use electronic targets, which means you get instant feedback on your shot placement on a screen right in front of you—no more guessing why you missed. ### Why Start Here Whether you are a student looking to build concentration or an adult wanting to pick up a new skill, our ranges are designed to help you tune out the noise and focus. Shooting is as much a mental game as it is physical, and you will find our club environment to be quiet, disciplined, and supportive. If you are worried about whether you are 'made' for this, that is exactly why the foundation course exists—to give you a real taste of the sport in a professional setting without needing to invest in personal equipment upfront. ## About Lakshya Shooting Club We are a community of shooters, led by Olympian Suma Shirur and a dedicated coaching team that believes in building character along with skill.
