When we are not at the range, you will find us conducting workshops on athlete well-being, POSH policies, and team-building sessions to ensure every shooter, parent, and coach feels respected and part of a secure community. Being part of Lakshya is not just about logging hours at a target. It is about understanding the discipline, mental grit, and camaraderie that competitive sport demands. We believe that a champion's strength comes from both physical and mental well-being, which is why our calendar is packed with more than just shooting drills. From our intensive preparation camps ahead of the West Zone Shooting Championship to friendly, high-energy matches with institutions like the Army Marksmanship Unit, we create opportunities for our athletes to test their skills against diverse competitors. These moments of shared struggle and victory are where bonds are formed. We emphasize that shooting is a sport of focus, but that focus is sustained by the people around you—your coaches, your teammates, and your mentors. Our commitment to inclusivity extends to every athlete who walks through our doors at our Panvel, Vasai, and Vashi ranges. We actively run workshops on sports psychology, injury prevention, and institutional policies like POSH to ensure our environment is as professional as it is welcoming. Whether you are a junior athlete just finding your natural point of aim or a seasoned competitor preparing for state trials, you are joining a network that champions holistic athlete development over simple target practice. ## About Lakshya Shooting Club We are a tight-knit family of shooters, mentors, and coaches driven by the goal of building champions. Our doors are open to everyone—from complete beginners finding their grip to athletes chasing national medals—because we know that talent needs a support system to truly flourish.
