Our coaching methodology integrates direct mentorship from Olympians with data-driven tools like SCATT sensor analysis and electronic targets. You’ll receive consistent feedback on your natural point of aim and micro-adjustments, ensuring that every session is a purposeful step toward competitive precision rather than just repetitive practice. ### Precision Coaching and Mentorship Shooting is a mental game as much as it is physical. Under the direct mentorship of Olympian Suma Shirur and our team of seasoned coaches, we help you navigate the pressure of competition. Whether you are training for 10m Air Rifle or 50m Rifle, our approach centers on a clear progression path. We move beyond generic advice to provide personalized coaching schedules tailored to your current skill level. ### Data-Driven Training Progress is measurable at our ranges in Panvel, Vashi, and Vasai. You will train using electronic targets (EST) that provide immediate decimal scoring feedback—a crucial tool for fixing technique issues before they become habits. For our competitive athletes, we utilize SCATT analysis to monitor your trace, hold, and release, allowing us to build custom periodization charts for your upcoming state or national championships. ### The Mental Edge We treat the mental game with the same intensity as the physical drills. With regular workshops on breathing, focus, and psychology, we ensure you aren't just hitting targets; you are learning how to win under the spotlight. Our coaching staff helps you manage the nerves of your first match, turning that 'dar' (fear) into disciplined focus. ### A Community of Champions Our environment is built on mutual support. We believe that a champion's strength comes from both physical skill and mental well-being. Our coaches are personally invested in your growth, ensuring you learn to handle the pressure of the match just as well as you handle your rifle. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training with intent, come by to experience our range and meet our team. ## About Lakshya Shooting Club We are Lakshya Shooting Club, a community built by Olympians and national-level mentors who believe that shooting is about character as much as scores. We have created a space where coaches, from Suma Shirur to our dedicated technical leads, are personally invested in your growth, ensuring you learn to handle the pressure of the match just as well as you handle your rifle.
