Whether you are a para-athlete preparing for competition or a beginner looking to improve, we use data from tools like ForceDecks and NordBord to build a program that works for your unique physical capacity, rather than using cookie-cutter plans. Our 'Everyone is a Winner' philosophy is not a slogan. It is embedded in the layout and operation of our 13,000 sq ft High Performance Center in Sarjapur. We recognized that the barrier to entry for many athletes, including those with different physical capabilities, is often the facility itself. Our center was designed to remove those barriers. We apply the Long-Term Athlete Development framework to every individual. This means we do not force a standardized routine on you. Instead, we use our tech stack, including ForceDecks and SmartSpeed gates, to establish your baseline. This approach is particularly effective for para-athletes and those recovering from injury, where understanding asymmetry and force production is critical. Our coaching staff does not differentiate in terms of effort or quality of guidance based on your background. If you are training for a professional circuit or just looking to regain mobility, you get access to the same calibrated equipment and expert attention. We integrate sports physiotherapy directly into the training loop, meaning you are not left to guess your recovery needs. By combining specialized programs, group fitness, and individual athletic coaching, we have created a space where diverse groups interact, learn, and compete. This environment breeds mutual respect and performance. Whether you are seeking a structured rehabilitation plan or high-intensity conditioning, our process remains consistent: assess, program, train, and measure. We invite you to visit the facility in Sarjapur to see how this data-driven environment can adapt to your specific sporting goals. ## About Lakshyan Academy of Sports We built this academy in Sarjapur because we saw immense potential waiting for the right environment.
