It is a collective pause where we clear the mental noise of the week. Many students find that these sessions help them ground themselves, making it easier to return to their mat or their daily lives with a calmer perspective. 💡 Kya aap jaante hain? Ancient yogic wisdom suggests that the environment you practice in directly impacts your energy. Hawan is a Vedic practice of purifying the air and space using sacred fire, which naturally helps soothe a restless mind. In our studio, we believe the space for your practice matters as much as the poses you perform. We offer more than just physical exercises. Whether you are joining our group sessions, meditation workshops, or community rituals, the focus is always on creating a space where you can drop the stress of the day. Our studio in Sunder Vihar, Paschim Vihar, is designed for connection. We move away from the gym feel to offer a community-led experience. We talk about the root causes of our stress, practice breathwork, and sit together to share in these moments of calm.
