My live sessions are different because they are two-way Zoom classes. I am actively watching your video feed to provide verbal cues and real-time corrections, ensuring you are practicing safely and effectively just as if you were standing in my studio. Kya aap jaante hain? Most people struggle with online yoga because they feel like they are just watching a screen. Without guidance, it is easy to hold a pose incorrectly or lose motivation, which leads to quitting after just a few days. 💡 Kya karein? My approach is to bring the studio experience to your living room. We do not use pre-recorded flows. Every session is live and interactive. Whether you are joining from Delhi or another part of the world, I provide verbal corrections to fix your posture, breathing, and alignment. We focus on: * **Power Yoga & Calisthenics:** These sessions are designed for body-weight strength, meaning you do not need fancy equipment or heavy props. * **Structured Batches:** We have dedicated morning slots (7 AM – 9 AM) and evening slots (5:30 PM – 8 PM) from Monday to Friday, helping you build a consistent routine. * **Accountability:** If you miss a class, I provide recordings valid for 24 hours so you never miss your daily practice. Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is about what you learn on the way down. When you join my live classes, you are not just exercising, you are joining a supportive community where we all learn together.
