Our guest bartenders join us in the markets of Old Delhi to hunt for local spices, and we spend the hours before service experimenting behind the counter. You are not just watching a show; you are tasting a menu that exists only for that one night, crafted from global expertise and hyper-local Indian flavours. We move beyond the concept of a standard bar takeover. Our Cocktail Coalition series invites bartenders from top venues in London, Seoul, and Bangkok to live and breathe our workflow. We do not simply import their recipes; we deconstruct them using Delhi’s own pantry. You might find a familiar classic reinvented with Guntur chillies or a highball made with Coorg coffee, using advanced techniques like rotovap distillation or sous-vide clarification. Whether it is an evening event in our Vasant Vihar den or a masterclass in Gurugram, the goal is always exchange. We have hosted teams from Swift in London, Rabbit Hole in Bangkok, and Coya in Dubai, each bringing a distinct philosophy.
