Whether it is our signature Cocktail Coalition menu or a high-energy takeover, our approach involves deep research into local ingredients and a collaborative spirit that brings the global bar scene directly to your venue. You aren't just hiring a service; you are bringing an intentional, well-practiced experience to your guests. ### Our Global Approach We have taken Lair from Delhi to Milan, Barcelona, and Bangkok. By working with the world's most innovative bars, we have learned that great events are about more than just the liquid in the glass. It is about the rhythm of the room, the preparation, and the connection between the bartender and the guest. ### The Cocktail Coalition Process Our collaborative events go beyond simple guest shifts. When we partner for an event, we dive into the details: - **Ingredient Sourcing:** We hunt for rare local produce that tells a story of the region. - **Menu Design:** We build a unique list tailored to your theme, whether it is a focus on minimal waste or a fresh take on the classics. - **Technical Precision:** We bring our own clear ice program, premium crystal glassware, and the exact tools needed to execute the menu at a high standard. ### Setting the Vibe From our Incog party series—born from a desire to bring people together in an intimate setting—to large-scale brand activations, we know how to manage a crowd. We are comfortable in both packed, pulsating rooms and quiet, high-end gatherings. If you need a bar that acts as the heartbeat of your event, we are ready to build it with you. ## About Lair At Lair, we believe the best nights are the ones where strangers become friends over a shared drink. We take the global cocktail scene and make it accessible, whether we are hosting a takeover or creating a tailored menu for your private gathering. Our team treats every event like our home, focusing on warm hospitality and drinks that actually mean something.
