The French Touch Method relies on four non-negotiable pillars: Rigor, Intensity, Repetition, and Volume. When you step onto our MSLTA hard courts, you engage in a structured 1:6 or 1:4 ratio where every stroke is corrected, analyzed, and repeated until it becomes muscle memory. This is for players who are ready to stop 'just playing' and start building their game through real, measurable progress. Imported directly from our academy in Cap d'Agde, France, this methodology is the same system we use to develop ATP-level talent. We aren't running a social club; we are installing a professional training system. In Mumbai, we have integrated our French consultant coaches with experienced Indian pros to bridge the gap between local talent and global standards. Whether you join our Foundation program or the Performance & Fitness Intensive, the expectation remains the same: you work, you sweat, and you improve. Why this matters for your game: * **Precision Drills:** We use high-volume hand-feeding for specific mechanics—forehand, backhand, and serve—before moving to live-ball point simulations. * **Technical Feedback:** In our elite batches, we integrate video analysis. You don't just feel the error; you see it on screen and fix it in real-time. * **Athletic Development:** Tennis is a physical endeavor. Our programs include dedicated strength and conditioning—medicine balls, hurdles, ladders—to ensure your body can handle the intensity of a match. * **All-Weather Consistency:** Mumbai rains do not stop the process. We operate on MSLTA professional hard courts, ensuring your training schedule stays on track year-round. We don't promise magic. We promise that if you show up and put in the work, you will see the results on the scorecard. #processinprogress ## About The French Touch Academy We are the French Touch Academy, bringing the intensity of our Cap d'Agde training center directly to Mumbai.
