You will hit hundreds of balls per session, whether we are breaking down your serve toss or drilling footwork through agility ladders. Be ready to sweat, because that is where the consistency starts. ### Our Approach to High-Performance Drills At French Touch Academy, we do not believe in hitting just to hit. Every session is structured around our core philosophy: **Rigor, Intensity, Repetition, and Volume.** If you are looking for casual Sunday rallies, this is not the place for you. We are here for players who want to build, correct, and strengthen their technique. ### What You Will Work On - **Mechanics:** We break down your strokes into smaller movements. We fix your serve toss, stabilize your backhand, and ensure your forehand follow-through is consistent every time. - **Footwork & Agility:** You cannot hit a good ball if you are not in the right position. We incorporate ladder drills, hurdles, and medicine ball work directly into your tennis session to build explosive power and movement. - **Match Simulation:** Drills mean nothing if you cannot apply them under pressure. We run point-simulation exercises that force you to make decisions during live-ball rallies, preparing you for actual tournament conditions. ### Train at MSLTA We run our programs on the professional hard courts at MSLTA. This gives you a consistent, top-tier surface to practice on, regardless of the weather. We even use high-quality pressureless balls (Babolat/Head) to ensure the bounce remains predictable so you can focus entirely on your form. Whether you join our Foundation group (1:6 coach ratio) or our Performance Intensive (1:4 ratio), you will get the same French-certified coaching quality.
