She didn't just win; she upset the top seed with a 7-5, 6-0 performance. That kind of result comes from our specific focus on match play and high-volume, tactical drilling, the same intensity we use at our main academy in France. It is not just about hitting the ball; it is about reading the game under pressure. At French Touch Academy, we don't believe in shortcuts. These tournament victories are the direct outcome of our 'process'—a mix of high-volume tennis, rigorous physical conditioning, and mental toughness training. When our players walk onto the court for an AITA or National Ranking event, they aren't just physically ready; they are mentally prepared to handle the grind of a long tournament week. ### How We Train for Championships Our high-performance training blocks in Mumbai are designed to simulate the pressures of competitive tennis. Whether it's a junior U14, U16, or U18 event, we focus on: * **Match-Specific Drills:** We don't just rally. We practice situational point play that forces players to make decisions under fatigue. * **Fitness & Recovery:** Competitive tennis in the Indian heat requires serious stamina. Our S&C coaches build the endurance needed for deep runs in tournaments. * **Tactical Analysis:** We use video feedback to help players understand their unforced errors and tactical tendencies before they enter the next bracket. We are building a new family of players here in Mumbai, blending our French training philosophy with the grit of Indian talent. Whether you are aiming for your first ranking points or pushing for a US college scholarship, our coaching team is here to guide your journey. We are constantly monitoring player progress to ensure the intensity remains high and the technical goals are met. If you are ready to put in the work and join the winning side, let's talk. ## About The French Touch Academy We are the coaches who built the training system behind these tournament wins. We focus on the daily grind and the process so when you step onto the court for an AITA or National Ranking event, you’re ready to win. Let’s get your name on the next trophy list.
