### Weekly Intensive High-Performance Camp (Mumbai)

A grueling 6-day training block (approx. 36 hours) simulating a pro player's routine at the MSLTA complex with fitness and video analysis.

Typically ₹25-29K per player / week (estimate)

#### **I. The Pro Schedule (Mon-Sat)**
* **Duration:** Full time commitment (approx. 6 to 7 hours/day) running from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM.
* **Fitness (1 Hour/day):** Starts with agility ladders, medicine ball power work, and court endurance led by S&C coaches.
* **Tennis (3.5 to 4 Hours/day):** Morning high volume basket drills for mechanics followed by afternoon tactical point play on Hard/Clay courts.
* **Recovery:** Dedicated daily sessions for cool down, stretching, and foam rolling.

#### **II. Specialist Support**
* **Physio:** Weekly screening to manage physical load and prevent injury.
* **Mental:** Group sessions with a Sports Psychologist focusing on focus and determination.
* **Tech:** Video analysis using PlaySight smart court systems (subject to court availability).

### Residential Training Camp (France HQ)

A residential tennis experience at the France HQ including full boarding, meals, and training on European Red Clay courts.

#### **I. European Base (Cap d'Agde)**
* **Accommodation:** On site campus style shared rooms within the academy facility.
* **Meals:** Full board included (3 nutritionist approved athletic meals per day).
* **Infrastructure:** Access to European standard Red Clay courts and Hard courts.

#### **II. Curriculum & Exclusions**
* **Coaching:** Direct supervision by the French HQ team (e.g. Charles Auffray) who are usually consultants in India.
* **Sparring:** Opportunity to hit with international players from other FTA centers.
* **Exclusions:** Price covers the land package only. Airfare, Visa fees, travel insurance, and personal spending money are NOT included.

### Monthly "Future Pro" Training Block (Mumbai)

A 4-week athletic development program (140+ hours) with periodized training, tournament support, and nutrition planning at a ~10% savings.

#### **I. Long-Term Development**
* **Volume:** Over 140 hours of supervised training across 4 weeks.
* **Structure:** Periodized load management (build up weeks vs. tapering weeks) rather than daily isolated training.

We brought our academy from France to Mumbai because we believe Indian tennis is ready for the next level. Our camps are intense - not just about practice, but about building players through rigor, repetition, and pure volume. If you're serious about going pro or aiming for tennis scholarships, this is where you put in the grind. It's tough, and not for everyone, but if you want it badly enough, you'll fit right in.

Every day is a 360° push. On-court sessions mean loads of high-performance tennis training - drills, movement, competitive match play, and no shortcuts. Physical conditioning is a core part - strength coaches will have you sweating, whether it's raining or blazing hot. We also focus on mental toughness, with coaching that digs deep into what it really takes to win.

We’ve got options: short-term intensive camps for a quick boost, plus longer summer and holiday camps if you want to go all out when school's off. If you’re hungry for more, we offer a chance to train in France for a month, compete in real tournaments, and get true international tennis exposure.

### My story

Started out in Cap d'Agde, France, right by the sea. Charles, our founder, ex-pro tennis player, had this big dream: build a top academy with real grit. We nailed it, coaching ATP champs and juniors. But then, Mumbai called! Charles and Rehan teamed up, Rehan even came to France to soak up our style. Now, we’re this mix of Indian and French coaches, one big family, bringing the French Touch tennis training to India. Super pumped to help young players here!
