We follow a strict methodology—Rigor, Intensity, Repetition, and Volume—designed specifically to prepare you for international tournaments or US college recruitment. If you are looking for a casual weekend hit, this isn't it. If you are serious about playing at the next level, we are ready to coach you. ### Our Core Methodology The 'French Touch' isn't a vague concept; it is a systematic approach to player development. We focus on four pillars: Rigor, Intensity, Repetition, and Volume. Every session is planned, monitored, and analyzed. We do not just run drills; we simulate match-play scenarios, stress-test your movement, and use PlaySight video analysis to correct your stroke mechanics in real-time. ### The India-France Connection Unlike standard academies, we bridge the gap between Mumbai and our headquarters in Cap d'Agde, France. Our program is led by a former pro, supported by Indian coaches who have been trained in our French facility. This ensures you get the exact same instruction in Mumbai as you would in Europe. We also offer players the opportunity to travel to our French academy for intensive, fully boarded training blocks, providing crucial exposure to European tournament circuits. ### Preparing for Your Future Whether your goal is a ranking on the AITA circuit or securing a scholarship at a US university, we manage your calendar and career path. This includes: * **Academic Integration:** Helping you balance full-time training with schooling. * **Mental Conditioning:** Working with sports psychologists to build the resilience required for professional matches. * **Physiotherapy & Recovery:** A mandatory daily protocol to manage the load on your body and prevent injuries. We provide the structure and the process. You bring the dedication. ## About The French Touch Academy We are a team of Indian and French coaches united by one goal: building the next generation of competitive players. We do not sugarcoat the training because we know exactly what it takes to reach the pro level or secure a US college scholarship.
