Our daily schedule is a full 6-hour block from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, mixing on-court technical drills with PlaySight video analysis and mandatory recovery protocols. You are here to put in the work. We do not just feed balls and run drills. Our program is built on four core principles: Rigor, Intensity, Repetition, and Volume. What sets our academy apart is the daily structure. Players engage in 6 hours of intensive training every day, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This includes on-court tactical play using PlaySight analytics, combined with 1-hour of dedicated strength and conditioning at 8:30 AM. We finish every day with a mandatory recovery protocol because we know that long-term success requires injury management and consistent physical maintenance. Our coaching team is a hybrid of experienced Indian professionals and visiting French ATP-level consultants. This structure ensures that while you are training locally in Mumbai, you are receiving the same methodology used at our headquarters in Cap d'Agde. Whether you are aiming for AITA rankings or a US college scholarship, we provide the tournament support, mental conditioning, and nutritional guidance to get you there.
