We design these pieces to be used together because the natural variation in our bamboo and the unique grain of our teak create a cohesive look that feels truly lived-in, rather than styled from a catalogue. ### Bringing Soul into Your Space There is a specific warmth that only natural materials can bring into a home. At our Indiranagar studio, we find that the combination of solid teak wood furniture and handcrafted rattan lighting does more than fill a room—it sets the tone for how you live. Our goal is to move away from the cold, factory-made aesthetic and toward something that feels like it belongs to you. ### Why the Combination Works - **Texture and Contrast:** Our teak chairs feature clean, modern lines, while our rattan and bamboo pendants add organic, intricate patterns. This contrast prevents a room from feeling one-dimensional. - **Lighting as a Focal Point:** Whether it is a saucer-shaped pendant over a dining table or a dome-style lamp in a reading corner, our lighting is designed to cast patterns of light and shadow that soften the sharper edges of wooden furniture. - **Sustainability by Design:** We believe in materials that last. By using sustainably sourced teak and natural fibers, we ensure your furniture isn't just beautiful today but retains its character for years to come. ### Visit Us in Bengaluru We encourage you to visit our studio in Indiranagar to see how these textures play together in person. Feeling the finish of the wood and the weave of the rattan provides a sense of the craftsmanship that simply cannot be captured in photographs. If you have a specific space in mind, we can talk through which piece of teak furniture or which woven pendant would suit your layout, ensuring the final setup is as functional as it is aesthetic. Bilkul teak hai. ## About Kursi Studio We are Kursi Studio, and for us, furniture is where stories begin.
