Every piece of chicken or mutton is marinated for at least 8 hours in our family's secret 100-year-old masala blend before it hits the charcoal. This process ensures the meat stays succulent and juicy right through to the bone, rather than drying out. When you order tandoori in Indiranagar, you want that specific smoky hit that only real coal can provide. Gas tandoors simply cannot replicate the flavour profile we have been perfecting for 25 years. We source our paneer fresh every single morning and grind our spices in-house, because pre-packed powders just do not have the same soul. Our 'Murgh Akbari' is the one that regulars always order. It is tender, slightly buttery, and carries that distinct char that people talk about. If you are ordering for home, we pack it so it arrives to you with the same heat and texture.
