We don't believe in heavy, overly spiced biryanis that weigh you down. We use fragrant basmati, slow-cooked to let the natural aroma of the rice shine. On the experimental side, our new Stuffed Soya Chaap is becoming a kitchen favourite, filled with paneer and our own secret aromatics—it’s a trial we are quite proud of. At Kund, we believe rice should be the perfect backdrop to your curry, not a heavy meal on its own. Our Matar Pulao is a crowd favourite for corporate events in Indiranagar because it’s light, fluffy, and aromatic without leaving you feeling lethargic after lunch.
