Fact: While it can be a sign of an upset stomach, dogs also eat grass because they like the taste or are fulfilling a nutritional need. Here is the reality: your pet's diet does not have to be a guessing game. We focus on the science, like why raw meat is often a risky trend in our climate, to help you build a home-cooked or kibble-mix plan that actually fits your dog or cat's specific health needs and activity level. ### Don't Believe Everything You Read There is so much misinformation out there, and one wrong move can lead to an upset tummy—or worse. We see too many pet parents go from *full khushi* (joy) to *total gham* (sorrow) because of internet fads. Let's clear the air. **The Raw Food Trend** Everyone on social media is talking about raw diets, but in India, the risk of parasites and spoilage is high. We strongly recommend sticking to cooked, balanced meals unless you have a vet-supervised plan. Your pet’s safety comes first. **The 'Table Scraps' Trap** Just because your dog looks at you with those puppy eyes does not mean they should eat what you eat. Boiled chicken or pumpkin is great, but onions, garlic, chocolate, and masala are off-limits. Seriously, avoid them at all costs. **Why Custom Matters** There is no one-size-fits-all bowl. A 3-month-old puppy has vastly different nutritional needs than a 10-year-old senior dog. We look at your pet's breed, age, activity level, and medical history to calculate: * **Macros:** The right protein (60-70%), carbs (15-20%), and healthy fats ratio. * **Safe Additions:** Probiotics or Omega-3s if your pet actually needs them. * **Transitioning:** How to switch foods without causing gastric chaos. We provide 30-45 minute video consults with clinical nutritionists who give you a digital diet chart and chat-based support to handle the fussiness. No fancy corporate jargon, just real, practical advice for your furry friend. ## About Kuddle We are a bunch of pet parents in Bangalore who have survived the chewed shoes and the 3am zoomies.
