You’ll be at your own workstation with rolling pins and manual pasta machines, turning semolina flour and fresh eggs into dough, then tossing it with sauces you’ve prepped yourself. We handle the ingredients and the cleanup; you just bring the hunger and the energy for a perfect weekend lunch. ### Why Make Pasta from Scratch? There is a massive difference between store-bought dried pasta and the fresh dough we make in our sessions. When you make it yourself, you control the texture, the shape, and the final bite. In our 2-hour workshops, we dive into the traditional Italian techniques that transform simple flour and eggs into something special. ### What You Will Learn * **Dough Mastery:** Learn to mix, knead, and roll dough using 00 flour and semolina. You’ll feel the difference between a tough dough and a silky one. * **Sauce Pairing:** It is not just about the noodles. We show you how to build rich, flavorful sauces—whether you prefer a creamy Alfredo, a spicy Arrabbiata, or a vibrant Pesto. * **Shaping:** Discover how to cut and shape your pasta by hand or with our machines. ### The Workshop Vibe These sessions are all about the fun of cooking. We keep our batches small (10-15 people) so our Head Chef can help everyone at their station. You will be working with San Marzano style sauces and premium toppings. By the end of the session, you won’t just be leaving with new skills; you’ll sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor as a meal right here in our Koramangala café.
