At our workshops, you get your hands floury and do the work yourself, whether it's shaping sourdough pizza crusts or piping cupcakes. The best part? You walk away having eaten exactly what you've created, with our chefs guiding you through the messy bits. ### Why Join a Workshop at Krust? Food is better when you make it yourself. Whether you are a total beginner or a home cook looking to level up, our sessions at our Koramangala café are designed to be low-pressure and high-fun. We provide the ingredients, the aprons, and the expertise—you just bring your appetite and curiosity. ### What You Can Learn - **Sourdough Pizza Mastery:** Learn the science of a 48-hour ferment and the art of stretching dough without tearing it. You’ll leave knowing exactly how to get that perfect, chewy crust. - **Be Your Own Barista:** Go beyond the coffee machine button. We teach you how to pull a proper shot of espresso, foam milk for latte art, and balance flavours. - **Pastry & Decorating:** From piping frosting onto cupcakes to the fine art of doughnut decorating, these sessions are all about creativity. If you have a sweet tooth, this is where you belong. - **Pasta from Scratch:** Learn how to mix, knead, and shape traditional Italian pasta. We show you the techniques that keep the dough light, not chewy. ### Practical Details Workshops are usually held over the weekends. Because we keep our groups small to ensure everyone gets enough guidance, seats fill up quickly. We announce our upcoming schedule on our social channels and through our booking partners. If you are planning a private event, birthday gathering, or just want to book a group session for friends, shoot us a message on WhatsApp and we can chat about availability. ## About Krust Café We're Krust Café, and we believe the best food is the kind you make yourself. Our chefs love sharing the 'why' behind the perfect rise of sourdough or the art of the latte, so come hang out, get a little messy, and learn a new skill with us.
