I groom both dogs and cats, from tiny poodles to big huskies, and I’m used to handling all kinds of personalities. I’m especially gentle with older pets who need a little more patience and care.

### My story

Hey, we’re Kross Paaws. Started out with just a simple idea, your fur is our pride. I’m Shalmi, and for me, pets aren’t clients - they’re family. Our salons in Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, even a few celeb pets, but honestly, it’s all about seeing that scruffy pup walk out with a wag and a glow. The best bit? Watching pet parents beam. That’s what keeps us brushing, snipping, loving.
