A beautiful space is worthless if it causes seepage in your roof. We use a combination of artificial grass with proper drainage backings and lightweight FRP planters to ensure your structure remains safe, secure, and stress-free for the long term. Building a garden on a terrace or balcony requires more than just picking good plants. You are dealing with structural weight, sun exposure, and water management. We focus on these technical details so you do not have to worry about maintenance headaches later. ### The Essentials of a Solid Setup Every project starts with the floor. We avoid heavy soil loads that can stress your slab. Instead, we use lightweight alternatives like cocopeat mixes and high-density artificial grass carpets that allow water to flow freely. For hardscaping, we recommend WPC deck tiles. They look like wood but resist termite damage and weather exposure, making them perfect for Delhi NCR's heat. ### Creating Your Green Zone We classify your space into two zones: the seating area and the green zone. We use white pebbles or river stones to create clean borders between your lawn and your flooring. This prevents soil runoff and keeps your terrace looking tidy. For vertical elements, we install step-style metal stands or wall-mounted modules. These are great for adding height and privacy without taking up precious floor space. ### Low-Maintenance Solutions Many clients worry about upkeep. We address this by installing automated drip irrigation systems, even for small balconies. A simple timer connected to your tap ensures your plants get exactly what they need, even when you are busy. We also select hardy, local varieties like Ficus Panda or Areca Palms that thrive in our local climate. If you prefer a completely hands-off experience, we offer annual maintenance contracts to keep your garden green throughout the year. ## About Krishna Plant House We have spent years transforming rooftops and balconies across the NCR into private green getaways. We do not just drop some pots and leave; we plan the drainage, the hardscaping, and the irrigation so you get a space that stays green year-round.
