Instead, we train you to respond to common threats like hair grabs, chokes, and wrist holds using simple, explosive movements. You will work on stress drills that teach your body to act before your mind starts to panic, so you are ready if you ever face a real-world confrontation. ### Authenticity in Training As the official Krav Maga Global (KMG) branch in India, we bring the curriculum directly from Master Eyal Yanilov to our students. You are not learning a modified or watered-down version of martial arts. We teach the same system used by security forces, adapted for civilians who need to protect themselves in their daily lives. ### Why Krav Maga is Different This is not a sport. There are no referees, no rings, and no rules. We focus on reality-based scenarios. You will learn to recognize danger, de-escalate if possible, and physically neutralize a threat if necessary. Our workshops specifically address the situations women face most often, such as being grabbed, pushed, or attacked from behind. ### A Supportive Environment We provide a safe, inclusive space for women to build strength and mental toughness.
