It’s about moving off the line of fire, controlling the weapon-hand, and aggressive counter-attacks to end the threat before it escalates. We don't wait for a turn; we act instantly. ### What You Will Train For - **Knife Defense:** Dealing with aggressive ice-pick or slashing attacks by managing distance and controlling the limb. - **Stick & Bat Defense:** Neutralizing reach advantages and using simple, instinctive movements to disarm. - **Gun Disarms:** High-stress scenarios including threats from behind or across a table, focusing on redirecting the barrel. This isn't about looking cool; it’s about going home safe. You will learn to use everyday objects—keys, a mobile phone, a bag—as improvised tools for defense. No flowery movements, just pure, practical Krav Maga that adapts to the situation at hand.
