We use automatic sidearm throwers and high-speed bowling machines to replicate specific match scenarios—like countering turn on dirt tracks or executing T20 power shots—so that you are never surprised when you step onto the field. ### Training with Intent At K-Pro, we don't waste time. Whether we are using heavy bats for forearm strength or thin bats for hand-eye coordination, the goal is always the same: repetition and correction.
