By keeping our coaching ratios around 1:12, we ensure every girl receives personalized feedback, whether she is mastering her dribbling mechanics or learning to protect the ball under pressure. ### Why girls-only coaching matters We see football as a tool for confidence as much as a sport. In our all-girls batches, players often feel more comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and stepping into leadership roles during scrimmages. ### Our training approach We focus on core football foundations: * **Technical control:** Developing touch and dribbling mechanics through repetitive, age-appropriate drills. * **Positional awareness:** Learning where to be and when, which builds game intelligence. * **Confidence on the ball:** Encouraging girls to shield, turn, and pass with intention rather than just kicking the ball away. ### What to expect in a session Our sessions are active, purposeful, and fun. Coaches use a question-based approach rather than just barking orders, which helps players solve problems on the pitch themselves. A typical session includes warm-ups, specific skill drills (like passing or shooting), and small-sided games to put those skills into practice. ### Joining the Kopana family Whether your daughter is taking her first kicks at age 4 or looking to join our competitive MFA youth team, there is a place for her. We train on premium turf in Juhu and Bandra, keeping sessions engaging and structured.
