We cap our coaching ratio at 1:12 so every child gets direct, personalized feedback on their dribbling and passing mechanics, rather than getting lost in the crowd. ### How We Train Our training environment focuses on developing motor skills, ball familiarity, and, most importantly, a genuine joy for the game. We avoid a pressure-first model because we know that when kids enjoy themselves, they learn faster and stick with the sport longer. * **Toddlers (U4-U6):** We focus on fun, movement, and basic ball handling. This is about building confidence and getting comfortable with the ball at their feet. * **Juniors (U8-U14):** Here, we introduce more technical rigour. We work on dribbling mechanics, passing accuracy, and positional awareness. Every session ends with small-sided scrimmages—3v3 or 5v5—where kids put their skills into action. ### Why the #KopanaFamily? Many of our players start at 5 and grow up with us. We aren't just teaching drills; we are building a community. Our coaches act as mentors, using a question-based approach to help players think for themselves and solve problems on the pitch. This keeps the environment friendly and helps players become more independent athletes. ### Turf Training We operate on professional artificial turf at Juhu and Bandra, ensuring that training continues rain or shine.
