I use smooth buttercream for delicate floral swirls and soft textures, while fondant lets me sculpt those specific 3D toppers—like a superhero logo or a tiny animal face—that really bring a theme to life. Let me know the vibe of your party, and I’ll help you pick the finish that tastes best for your crowd. Whether you are planning a kid’s birthday or a themed get-together, cupcakes are the perfect way to share a little joy without the hassle of cutting a massive cake. I bake everything fresh right here in Manbari Basti, using pure dairy butter and quality ingredients. There are no preservatives, just real flavours like Belgian Chocolate, Vanilla, or Strawberry sponge. ### Designing Your Batch I love getting into the details. If you have a specific vision—like a Potterhead celebration or a unicorn-themed party—we can discuss the design during booking. * **Buttercream Designs:** Best for floral piping, rosette effects, and elegant swirls. * **Fondant Art:** Perfect for sharp, clean edges, 3D character toppers, and intricate logos. ### The Practical Stuff I pack these in sturdy windowed boxes with individual inserts, so they reach you exactly as they left my kitchen. Since I deliver across a 10km radius in Darjeeling, I’ve learned to be extra careful with packaging—especially for delicate sugar work. You can order as few as 6 cupcakes. If you have dietary preferences, like eggless options, just ask when we chat. Looking for something specific, like an office event or a school function? I can scale these up to match your numbers while keeping that handmade touch that separates my bakes from standard bakery products. ## About KolmarieKakes I’m Komal, a Darjeeling baker who is obsessed with the details. Whether it’s sculpting a tiny fondant Spiderman or piping the perfect floral swirl, I put my heart into every batch.
