## About Bespoke & Celebration Cakes

### Why I Bake

Cake-making is my way of sharing a little sweetness with Darjeeling. Every cake is a labour of love - sometimes a bit stressful, but seeing someone smile over a custom cake makes it all worth it.

### Cakes for Every Occasion

Whatever the moment - baby's first birthday, a grand anniversary, quirky themed party, or a big wedding - I want to make your celebration memorable. I see each cake as a chance to tell your story.

### What Sets My Cakes Apart

- I specialise in 3D sculpted birthday cakes. If you want a BTS, Cocomelon, a shoe, bag or watch made of cake, I’ll figure it out.
- Hand-painted cake art is my jam. My cakes are often canvases for detailed painting, making each one truly personal.
- Elegant sugar flower cake designs for those milestone events – roses, peonies, sweet peas, all handmade.
- I love challenging, big cakes too. Multi-tiered custom wedding cake design? Bring it on.

### Flavours That Matter

I care about taste as much as looks:
- Chocolate Truffle, Dutch Truffle, Black Forest for chocolate lovers.
- Fruity options like Mango, Blueberry, Rum Plum Cake.
- Classics like Red Velvet, Cookies & Cream, Tiramisu.

### Keeping It Real

I bake from home, so every cake gets personal attention. I've delivered cakes to places as far as Soom Tea estate, tricky roads and all. Not every journey is perfect, but I do my best to make sure your cake arrives safe and special.

### My story

Hey, I’m Komal from Darjeeling. Baking? That’s my jam. Started off with YouTube videos and now, I’m knee-deep in masterclasses, sculpting edible faces and wild sugar flowers. Top 50 home bakers in India – still feels unreal. Loreto Convent cookies for their 175th, my heart was full. My family’s my backbone. My mom jokes about smashing my sugar flowers, sis keeps me sane. All those late nights, worth it for every cake adventure.

### My work

- **All Things Sweet**: Cakes, cupcakes, muffins, tarts, macarons, bonbons – I bake it all, fresh at home.
- **Custom Cakes for Any Occasion**: Big wedding cakes, tiny birthday ones for your dalli (little sis) – I love making each special.
- **Cake as Art**: Hand-painted cakes, sugar flower cake, sculpted edible faces – I bring themes to life.
- **Taste Comes First**: Decadent dutch truffle cake, chocolate rum, blueberry – my flavours get folks hooked.
- **Darjeeling Delivery**: I deliver cakes across Darjeeling, even if it means braving cliffs and mad roads.
