Over the last 25 years, Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht have balanced rigorous architectural discipline with a collaborative spirit. We treat every site on its own merit, ensuring that your space is designed specifically for its unique location and your lifestyle, rather than being a carbon copy of a previous project. Our story began in 1997, born from a friendship formed in architecture school. What started with three students learning the ropes has evolved into a firm that works across India and beyond. We are Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht, and our firm, KNS, is built on the belief that buildings are more than just walls and roofs. They are places that must look good, feel right, and stand the test of time. Our approach is guided by our motto: Ideas, Ideation, and Identities. We do not apply a single template to every project. Whether we are designing a luxury villa in Lonavala or a corporate workspace in Mumbai, we blend Vastu principles with modern geometry and sustainable practices. We have learned that the most critical part of the process is the human element. Our team, which we consider an extension of our own family, works closely with you to understand your specific needs. From the initial sketch to the final site execution, we remain involved, monitoring every detail—from lighting layouts to material finishes. We believe in being hands-on, because we know that the difference between a house and a home often lies in the small, thoughtful details. ## About KNS Architects We are Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht. Our firm has been building spaces since 1997, driven by a deep respect for both tradition and modern innovation. For us, every project is a fresh start and a new story.
