When you sit down with us, we look beyond the floor plan to understand how you live, the micro-climates of your site, and the materials that will define your space. We treat each client brief as a fresh opportunity for discovery rather than a repeat of past successful formulas. ### A Foundation of Shared Vision Since 1997, our firm has operated on a simple yet rigorous principle: Ideas, Ideation, and Identities. Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht founded KNS Architects with a shared ambition to move beyond standard practice and create spaces that function as extensions of our clients' values. Whether we are planning high-rise residential towers in Mumbai or designing retreats in Rishikesh, our focus remains on integrating climate responsiveness with strong architectural forms. ### Our Design Ethos We do not subscribe to a single rigid style. Instead, we advocate for context-driven architecture. This often involves blending ancient wisdom, such as Vastu Shastra principles, with contemporary geometry and material innovation. We prioritize structural honesty and environmental responsibility, ensuring that our projects, from luxury villas to institutional spaces, contribute positively to the landscape. ### Recognition and Continued Learning While we are honored by features in publications like Architectural Digest India and Forbes, and recognitions such as the 'Hot 100' by Architects & Interiors India, these are merely indicators of our ongoing commitment. The real reward is the longevity of our designs and the relationships we build. We are currently deeply invested in our work across East India, where we see immense potential to blend our architectural experience with the region's evolving development needs. ## About KNS Architects We are Kanhai, Neemesh, and Shresht. We started this journey in 1997 with a deep curiosity about how space affects human experience, and that curiosity drives every sketch we make today. We view our practice as a constant learning process, always balancing our years of experience with the fresh perspectives of our team.
