This space is designed strictly for functional conditioning, with professional-grade mats and heavy bags set up to test your limits through striking drills and ground work. Most commercial gyms fill their floor space with machines that do the work for you. At our Gaur City 2 facility, you use your own body. We keep the floor clear of distractions so you have the room to strike, grapple, and move properly. We focus on the tools that actually build a fighter. You will find heavy bags for power, grappling dummies for ground-and-pound practice, and open mat space for movement drills. Whether you are prepping for a bout or just want to get in real shape, you need an environment that demands effort. That is what we have built here. Our setup is designed for intensity. If you are looking for fancy decor, this isn't the spot. If you want a place to drill boxing combos, refine your Muay Thai technique, or test your endurance with tire flips and high-intensity circuits, you are in the right place. Our facility is fully equipped to host boxing, kickboxing, and MMA training for students across Greater Noida West. We keep the groups focused and the sessions high-energy, ensuring every minute on the mat counts toward your progress. ## About Knockout MMA I built this place to be a proving ground for anyone who actually wants to learn combat sports. I don't run a standard gym because I'm not looking for casual members. I'm here to build fighters and teach you how to handle yourself.
