Here, we conducted a kids' self-defense workshop for students at Tadmore Academy in Bangalore, teaching them basic awareness and confidence in a fun and engaging way.](https://assets.mytribe.in/insecure/raw:1/plain/s3://mytribe-assets-production/57eda505-c21b-4385-8196-3c403b363bf0) ## About Beyond the Office While our corporate workshops focus on workplace dynamics, our community and kids programs are calibrated for age-appropriate awareness and personal boundary setting. We teach participants to identify potential trouble early and use the same KMG-certified principles, scaled for their size and capabilities, to escape and protect themselves. Krav Maga is often misunderstood as a sport, but at its core, it is a survival system. When we work with institutions like Tadmore Academy or community groups, we strip away the competitive elements found in martial arts. Instead, we focus on the OODA loop: Observe, Orient, Decide, and Act. For children and teens, this means learning to trust their instincts. We replace fighting with situational awareness, teaching them to spot red flags in a park, school, or on the street. Our curriculum covers: * Boundary Setting: Learning to say no and recognizing when a situation feels wrong. * Physical Releases: Escaping common grabs and holds effectively without needing brute strength. * Awareness Drills: Identifying pre-conflict indicators before physical intervention becomes necessary. All sessions are led by certified KMG instructors. We do not just teach moves; we teach the mindset required to stay safe. Whether you are an educator looking for student wellness programs or a community leader organizing a neighborhood safety initiative, our training is designed to be accessible, practical, and effective for all ages. ## About Krav Maga Global We are KMG Bangalore, the official chapter of the organization founded by Eyal Yanilov. Our mission is to make practical self-defense accessible to everyone, from children in classrooms to community groups, using the same effective Israeli system we teach to professionals.
