No sport, no fancy moves, just the Krav Maga system applied to what actually happens in an office, in a cab, in a parking lot. You do not need to be fit or to have tried any of this before. ### Who These Are Usually For - Most of our corporate bookings are women's safety workshops for employees, and that is what we are set up for - Men are welcome in the same session. Headcount is the only thing that changes our plan - Mixed-gender workplace safety training and men-only sessions both work ### How A Session Runs - 2 hours at your premises, in a conference hall, cafeteria or any cleared open space - About 40 people per session.
