When you visit our active sites, you will see us checking wiring points, plumbing slopes, and wall alignments before even one cabinet is fixed. We do not just supply a product; we manage the civil coordination so that when the kitchen arrives, it fits perfectly without forced adjustments or messy fixes later on. Quality starts long before the wood is cut. When you look at our site inspection gallery, you are not just seeing progress photos—you are seeing the foundation of a kitchen that won't sag, squeak, or warp after years of heavy cooking. We believe that a modular kitchen is only as good as its site coordination. That is why I personally oversee the plumbing, electrical, and wall alignment checks at projects like Rustomjee Crown or Piramal Aranya. We do not work on top of bad walls or uneven flooring. We coordinate the civil work first. If the base is not perfect, the cabinets won't fit, and if the cabinets don't fit perfectly, the durability of the hardware—whether it is Blum or Hettich—drops significantly. **Why we go the extra mile:** * **Precision Planning:** We use 3D visualization to identify conflicts before the material even reaches your home. * **Civil Coordination:** We ensure plumbing and electrical points match your appliance garage and dishwasher housing, so you never have to break tiles later. * **Hardware Integrity:** We use premium soft-close fittings that are calibrated for the long haul, ensuring your drawers glide smoothly even after a decade of daily use. Whether you are planning a simple renovation in Andheri or a complete overhaul for a bungalow, the process remains the same: inspect, plan, execute. If you are worried about the 'what ifs' of home renovation, let us walk through your space together. ## About KK Modular Kitchen I’m Nazim Khan, and I’m the one you will see at your site checking the measurements myself.
