We structure each workshop with a 10-minute warm-up followed by focused technical drills and a final performance piece, ensuring you leave with concrete new skills and a video for your portfolio. Sometimes you want to step outside your comfort zone or master a specific technique that isn't covered in a standard weekly schedule. That is exactly why we host these specialty workshops. By bringing in guest artists and senior instructors, we provide a space to explore niche genres that require a bit more intensity or different equipment than our regular Bollywood or Hip Hop classes. ### Why join our workshops? * **Technique focus:** Unlike general fitness classes, these workshops isolate specific movements—like arm control in Waacking or core isolations in Belly Dance—to give you a thorough understanding of the mechanics. * **Guest expertise:** We regularly invite specialists to our Green Park Extension studio. This exposes you to diverse teaching styles and international dance perspectives, which is invaluable for your growth as a dancer. * **Open to all:** You do not need to be a regular member to sign up. Whether you are a total beginner curious about Jazz or an intermediate dancer looking to polish your lines, these sessions are open to everyone. ### What happens in a session? Every workshop is treated like an intensive. We skip the filler and focus on actionable progression. You will spend the first part of the session learning the foundational language of the dance style, followed by a choreographic breakdown. We also include a performance run-through at the end, which we record using ring lighting so you have high-quality content for your personal social media profiles. Located just a minute's walk from the Green Park metro station, our basement studio is equipped with wall-to-wall mirrors and air conditioning, providing a dedicated space to focus entirely on your movement.
