Here is a look at the milestones our players and their families have achieved together. ## Photos and videos - ![Here I am felicitating Ayush Mhatre for his incredible season and his selection as the India U-19 Captain. But I see the parents who stayed patient during the zero-run phases. My felicitation events are to remind every parent that the support you provide at home is just as crucial as the technique I teach on the field. At Kkalpavriksha, we do not just coach cricket; we build an ecosystem. When we host these felicitation events, we invite parents, coaches, and sports psychologists like Ms. Mugdha Bavare to break down what it really takes to reach the U-19 or Ranji level. The images you see here are more than just awards ceremonies. They are gatherings where we discuss the '10-year rule.' I tell every parent: if you are looking for shortcuts, you are at the wrong place. If you are ready for a decade of dedication, then your child has a shot. During these sessions at venues like the MCA Sharad Pawar Recreation Centre, we focus on: * Mental Toughness: How to handle the pressure of the match when the child is at the crease. * The Home Environment: Keeping the vibe steady regardless of whether the child scores a century or gets out for a duck. * Networking: Connecting with other families who are on the same journey, sharing the financial and emotional commitment required. You are not just hiring a coach; you are joining a community that understands the highs and lows of professional cricket in Mumbai. Whether it is our strategy consultations or our sports psychology workshops, every interaction is designed to ensure you and your child are mentally and technically prepared for the long road ahead. If you are serious about this career path, let us build that roadmap together. ## About Prashant Shetty I am Prashant Shetty. My job is to bridge the gap between pure talent and professional success.
