Like Ayush Mhatre, even high-level players return to basics to refine their backlift or stance after a challenging season. We don't just coach beginners; we constantly revisit fundamentals to ensure your game evolves, no matter your current skill level or how long you have been playing. Success is rarely accidental. When I look at players like Ayush Mhatre or Jemimah Rodrigues, I don't just see the hundreds or the wickets. I see the thousands of hours of repetitive drills that came before. At Kkalpavriksha, we do not believe in shortcuts. ### The 10-Year Mindset I tell every parent who walks into my clinic: '10 saal ka patience rakhiye' (Keep 10 years of patience). You cannot rush excellence. Our coaching is designed for the long haul, focusing on the mental strength required to handle the pressure of the professional game. If you cannot handle the pressure in practice, you will struggle when it counts on the field. ### Beyond Basic Drills Technique requires constant maintenance. We use video analysis to break down your game, identifying small leaks in your stance or backlift before they become permanent bad habits. From 'One Over Challenges' to match simulations, we force you to adapt. If you are a bowler, we work on your release point and deception. If you are a batter, we refine your soft hands and sweep. Training is never monotonous because match conditions are never predictable. ### A Holistic Approach You are more than just your batting average. We integrate sports psychology sessions to keep your mind sharp, ensuring you are ready for the mental toll of competitive cricket. Whether you are aiming for district selection or simply want to master the basics, we provide the environment where hard work meets opportunity. ## About Prashant Shetty I am Prashant Shetty.
