Customers consistently mention that our meals, particularly the Matar Kachori and Dal Makhani, provide that rare sense of comfort for those living away from home. We operate from our own kitchen in Sector 48, Noida, ensuring that everything from our ghee-brushed rotis to our homemade pickles is made with the same care we use for our own family. Our community is the heartbeat of Kitchen Tales. When we started, our only goal was to bring the heritage of Old Delhi to Noida. Seeing our customers share photos of their daily thalis or message us about how our food helped them get through a busy work week is what keeps us going. ### Why customers choose our kitchen - **Consistency:** Whether it is a Tuesday lunch or a Sunday dinner, our standards for fresh ingredients and minimal oil remain the same. - **Authentic Taste:** We do not believe in commercial shortcuts. Our slow-cooked Dal Makhani and home-style sabzis are prepared the traditional way, just like in our own kitchen. - **Hygiene:** You are eating from a home environment, not a commercial facility. We maintain the same level of cleanliness you expect at home. ### Frequently Asked Questions - **Do you offer daily subscriptions?** Yes, we provide regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner tiffin services for students and working professionals across Noida. - **Can I customize my meal?** We offer high-protein and diet-specific options, including millet rotis and grilled proteins for those on a fitness journey. - **What about events?** We handle small party catering and festive orders like Navratri thalis or sweets, provided we have reasonable notice to prepare fresh batches. We are not just a delivery service. We are a reminder of home. If you are new to the city or just tired of restaurant grease, we invite you to try our meals and see the difference that home-cooked care makes. ## About Kitchen Tales Shuchi and Abhishek here.
