## About Event & Party Catering

We’ve been part of Bangalore’s celebrations since 1984, carrying my mom Anisa’s belief that food should be made with love and passion. For me, catering is about sharing joy - I want your guests to remember the flavours, not just the occasion.

### What We Cater For
I handle everything from intimate housewarmings to big, noisy sangeets. Weddings, baby showers, corporate dos, festival feasts - I’ve seen it all and I know how to make each one feel special.

### Our Food
My roots are in traditional party catering Bangalore style, with secret family recipes at the heart of our menu. I specialise in authentic non-veg party dishes and Kutchi Memon wedding menu, but I also whip up Indian, Continental, Chinese and Mediterranean spreads. Veg and vegan options? Absolutely, I do those too.

### Crowd Favourites
People rave about my biryanis, mutton khichda, Warkhi samosas, and kebabs. You’ll hear guests say, “Sab kuch zabardast tha!” (Everything was fantastic!). And don’t miss the Firni and Double ka Meetha for dessert.

### My story

Salaam, we’re Anisa’s Kitchen. My mum, Anisa, started this in Bangalore way back in 1984, and her love for food still runs in every dish we make. Ramadan, weddings, family get-togethers - that’s where our kitchen comes alive. Indian Express once called our Kutchi Memon food ‘delights’ - still makes us smile. Our oldest customers bring their grandkids for nariyal ki barfi. This is more than food, it’s our family’s legacy.

### My work

- **Catering for Every Occasion**: We do weddings, mehandi, corporate events, Eid, Christmas, birthdays, home parties, even packed lunches.
- **Kutchi Memon Specialities**: Our biryanis, warkhi samosas, stuffed chicken catering, and matka firni dessert are favourites. Lots of veg and sweets too.
- **How to Order**: Pre-order 24 hours ahead. Minimum 6 pieces or 1 kg. Best for groups, not single meals.
- **Home-Style, Festive Food**: We serve food with a story, from family recipes. Buffet or packed boxes, always fresh and flavourful.
