I bring the 'Khel Paithanicha' vibe to large-scale celebrations, turning a crowd into a family. ## Photos and videos - [Video: Being felicitated at the 'Kandivalicha Ganadhish' Maghi Ganesh Jayanti event. Whether I am announcing dignitaries at a Ganesh Utsav or managing mass elimination games for a Navratri function, I focus on ensuring every segment flows without awkward silences or dead air, keeping your audience engaged from the first minute to the final prize distribution. When I step onto a large stage for a society function or a public festival, my goal is simple: make sure the person in the very last row feels as involved as the person standing right in front of the stage. ### Handling the Crowd Large events need structure. I use a tested elimination format to filter hundreds of attendees quickly, moving from mass-participation games like Simon Says to high-energy, prop-based challenges for the semi-finalists. By the time we reach the finale—the 'Maanachi Paithani' round—the energy is at a peak. ### The Tech and The Team I work closely with your sound engineer, coordinating buzzer sounds and tracks for every winner, so the technical side feels professional. My programs are designed to be flexible; if we need to invite committee members on stage for felicitations or handle a slight delay in the program schedule, I fill that gap with mimicry, quick one-liners, or stand-up comedy spots. ### Why This Works I do not just hold the mic; I read the room. Whether it is a Ganpati festival or a community Navratri, I adapt my language and humor to the Mumbai suburban audience, keeping it relatable. You get a show that keeps people in their seats, participating, and clapping, rather than wandering off to the food counter. ## About Kishor Kalakar I am Kishor, and I turn community events into grand celebrations. My background in science might have been academic, but my true passion is the chemistry I build with a live audience, from Ganpati festivals to society functions.
