I solve this by starting with low-pressure ice-breaker games, like purse challenges or simple counting rounds, which naturally build the confidence needed before we move to the main Ukhane segment. This keeps the energy high, ensures no one feels left out, and creates a relaxed atmosphere where the focus stays on celebration and laughter. Whether you are hosting a Dohale Jevan, a Haldi Kunku, or a community festival, my approach is about celebrating our culture with genuine fun. I do not just stand and announce; I function as a bridge between the generations, ensuring the elders, ladies, and kids are all equally engaged. **What you can expect during a session:** * **Themed Hosting:** I bring the spirit of popular Marathi game shows directly to your venue, complete with light-hearted commentary, humor, and energy. * **Interactive Rounds:** We move beyond standard hosting. I facilitate rounds involving traditional Ukhane recitation, spot games, and quick-thinking challenges that spark instant laughter. * **Ceremony Management:** From Oti Bharan rituals to gender reveal countdowns, I manage the flow of the event so the family can focus on the emotions rather than the logistics. **Why this works for your guests:** It is about the Maharashtrian tadka (spice). I use a natural blend of Marathi, Hindi, and English, making sure guests who might not be fluent in Marathi still feel fully involved in the celebration. I provide all the necessary props, such as balloons, paper cups, and game materials, so you do not have to worry about the setup or running to the store at the last minute. My goal is to make sure that at the end of the day, your guests are talking about the fun they had, not just the event they attended. ## About Kishor Kalakar I am Kishor, and my favorite part of any event is seeing the genuine smiles when a guest wins a game or recites their first Ukhana.
