We keep our batches small and age-appropriate, so whether you are a parent looking for your child’s first class or an adult wanting to start self-defense training, there is a dedicated space waiting for you. I believe that a proper martial arts studio needs to be more than just a floor; it needs to be a place where you feel safe pushing your limits. My training centers across Mumbai and Thane are set up to support that journey. In our private studios, such as the one in Khar, we focus on intense conditioning and power-building with heavy bags and speed equipment. Meanwhile, our school-based programs like the ones at Lady Engineer High School in Tardeo or the Fellowship School on Grant Road are designed to provide a comfortable, familiar environment for students to build confidence alongside their studies. No matter which branch you join, the training philosophy remains the same. We prioritize: * **Safety First:** All venues are checked for floor safety and cleanliness to ensure sparring practice is injury-free. * **Consistent Curriculum:** Whether you train in Chembur or Wadala, you follow the same progression of forms and fitness drills. * **Accessible Timing:** We partner with local clubs and schools to offer sessions that fit around school and work schedules. I encourage you to visit the center nearest to you. Seeing the environment and meeting the students is the best way to understand the energy we bring to every class. ## About Kiran Taekwondo Art I am Kiran Gawande, and my goal is to make Taekwondo accessible to everyone in Mumbai and Thane.
