We structure the 3-hour daily sessions to mix high-energy Zumba and freestyle dance with creative art workshops and group games. This blend keeps the energy high while letting kids express themselves, and yes, we handle the snack breaks too so you get a few hours of quiet while they have a blast. Finding a summer activity that doesn't feel like an extension of school is tough. In our Sector 16, Rohini studio, we focus on the 'masti' factor first. The day starts with high-energy dance and Zumba to burn that extra energy, followed by dedicated art and craft sessions where they work on creative projects they can take home. We keep our groups small so every child gets attention, and the environment is fully air-conditioned with wooden flooring, so it is safe for all those jumps and grooves. It is about building confidence, making new friends, and ensuring they aren't just stuck in front of a screen all summer. We finish the camp with a small performance showcase so parents can see what they have been working on. Whether your child is a natural dancer or just needs an outlet for their energy, our team of instructors acts more like big brothers who ensure everyone feels included and confident. ## About Kirans KwikFitt We started Kirans KwikFitt to prove that fitness doesn't have to be boring.
